Azeroth Survivors Not Loading?

Azeroth Survivors not loading usually means one of four things: the daily request cap, a browser without WebGPU, a first load that looks frozen, or a running game with a bad frame rate. Pick the line you can see. Then open the matching fix. All four link back to the live status page.

Too many people

HTTP 429 on a game file. The Windows archive and a wait are the exits.

No WebGPU

Run the local check. Chrome, Edge, Safari 26+, and the laptop GPU setting.

Black screen

A large first load, a console error, or the rogue.gpuCrash note.

Lag and FPS

Turn effects down, zoom out, and watch background tabs.

Browser support

BrowserWhat the official boot script expects
Chrome, EdgeCurrent desktop builds with WebGPU. Linux Chrome may need the unsafe-WebGPU flag.
SafariSafari 26 or newer, as named in our fix. Older Safari has no API.
FirefoxNot listed as supported. The test preference is dom.webgpu.enabled. If there is still no adapter, switch.
iOS browsersThey use WebKit. The boot script patches a missing fullscreen call so the wasm can start, and it still needs WebGPU.

Live server status

Which error should I follow?

Match the words on screen. “Too many people” is the request cap. “This browser has no WebGPU” is the graphics API. A black canvas with no message is the long first load or a GPU crash. Low FPS after the game is up is the lag page.

Is the official site embedded here?

No. The author disallowed embeds on 19 October 2026, and the boot script refuses framed or copied pages. Fixes link to the official host. They do not load the game on this desk.
