If Azeroth Survivors Shuts Down

This is a prepared page, not a news alert. On 22 October 2026 the official host answered HTTP 200 and the boot script was being served. Azeroth Survivors had not been announced as shut down, delisted, or taken by a Blizzard action that we have a source for. If that changes, this is the URL we update.

What is true today

The game is a fan project using Warcraft’s setting. That is a legal risk the creator carries, which is why this desk never hosts the client. A shutdown would be the creator’s call or a rightsholder’s, not a patch note we can predict.

What players should already have

• A .sav export from the official origin, if the browser build is where you play.
• The Windows archive only from the official host, saved while the link still works. We will not start hosting it after a shutdown.
• A second game. Similar games are survivors-likes on Steam, with store links and no affiliate codes. WoW browser games is the Warcraft-setting list: this game, Arena of Champions, and WebWoW.

How an update would read

Within an hour of a sourced announcement we would replace the lead with what happened, who said it, and whether the official download still resolves. Mail corrections to contact@azerothsurvivor.com. A rumor on a repack site is not a source.
